Yay! Miram, one of our Dunwoody bunnies, has found herself a forever home! After having such a hard start at life, we are thrilled that Miram will have a lovely, stable and responsible home!
Original Post: Miram is one of 33 rabbits we were able to rescue from the Dunwoody hoarder situation back in March. Miriam has been in a foster home for several months, and is now back at the Rabbit Center on the look out for her forever home! She is still very shy after her ordeal, and needs a quiet, patient bunny-owner to coax her out and gain her trust. Miriam is probably better suited for a home with older children without any dogs. Treats and love are all this sweet girl needs! Miriam will naturally just appear a bit more frightened all of the time, and that’s normal for her! These poor, sweet Dunwoody bunnies weren’t fed during a critical point in their lives, and so their growth is a bit stunted, Because of that, Miriam’s eyes seem to be a bit bigger than they should be. But don’t hold that against her! She certainly can’t help it, and would love to show you how sweet she can be, and how happy she will be in your home. So please, take a second look at Miriam, she is so excited to find her forever home and to meet you. If you happen to have a boy bunny that she could meet, she’s open to that as well. If you are looking for a smaller girlfriend for your boy bunny, Miriam is on the market!
