The Fundraising Committee plays a crucial role in supporting GHRS by organizing events and campaigns to raise funds that directly contribute to the well-being of our shelter rabbits. As a member of the committee, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share a love for rabbits and a commitment to ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

This annual gathering is full of fun things like a silent auction, delicious food and drink (try our Fuzzy Bunny cocktail!) a mystery wine draw, a bunny decor swap (bring 2 items from home, take 2 items home), and raffles for bunny supplies and grooming services! You'll find one-of-a-kind hand crafted treasures, local businesses' treats and swag, and baskets filled with fun surprises for the whole family! We don't care what you wear, but if you want, "DO" up your hair! (Crazy hair contest winner gets prizes!)

What's a HOPTIMIST, you ask? A Hoptimist is a person who believes in the success of rabbit rescue. We've taken in over 40 rabbits in the last month, but we're always hoptimistic that we ARE making a difference to each and every bun who comes through our doors and we WILL do everything we can to help them and those who come after them. Show the world you're a Hoptimist by purchasing one of our shirts. Proceeds are donated to our shelter!
